GOOGLE Feed Burner

I'm now trying to "ping" all my feeds to one centralized locations.  I found a site acquired by Google called FeedBurner.google.com that allowed me to sign up to their service to post my blog for everyone to view and allows me subscribe to some of my favorite sites.  All this is still so new to me, so I may be creating duplicate "ping" pages, but making a mess is sometimes the only way to learn, for me that is...

What Does RSS Feed Mean?

So, I'm learning so much more than I bargained for by searching the web to complete my Learn 2.0 Project, 23 New Technological Things to Learn.
I've never been a real tech savvy lady, but I've enjoyed stringing RSS feeds to my google page, and having all I want in one click.
I've discovered that, according to WIKI, RSS Feed is a document (which is called a "feed", "web feed" or "channel") includes full or summarized text, plus metadata such as publishing dates and authorship.  Web feeds benefit readers who want to subscribe to timely updates from favorite websites or to aggregate feeds from many sites into one place.
Users subscribe to a feed by entering the feeds URI (often referred to non-technically as a URL) into the reader or by clicking an RSS icon in a browser that initiates the subscription process.  The RSS reader checks the user's subscribed feeds regularly for new work, downloads any updates that it finds, and provides a user interface to monitor and read the feeds.

Print What You Like

Have you ever tried to print something from a website, and got garbage thrown back at you? stuff you never intend to print in the first place? A waist of paper is all you've accomplished.  Well, if anyone is interested, there is a wonderful website called printwhatyoulike.com .  This site lets you enter a url on its page, and remove unwanted information to print only what you need.

I tried it out and really enjoyed the ease of selecting and removing unwanted text, and then printing exactly what I needed, although I'm sure this has to be a copyright infringement somewhere along the way.  Try it out one day and let me know what  you think of it...
